Peter Kioso's perfect response to the Yeovil Town 'boo boys' following Hartlepool United's 2-2 draw at Huish Park
Kioso headed Pools level in the first half before winning a free-kick in a dangerous area that ultimately came to nothing. But this didn’t stop the home crowd booing the 20-year-old whenever he touched the ball.
“If anyone wants to boo me, boo me!” Kioso responded.
To be fair, I didn’t notice the fans booing me until the last 10-minutes and I wasn’t sure what I did wrong!

“I don’t mind games like that when the opposition fans and players get on your back, those are the type of games you want to play in as a defender. We knew Yeovil were going to be physical and in our face but we stood up to them and got in their face.
“If you’re worried about people not liking you then there’s no point in you being on a football pitch in my opinion.”
And on netting his third goal of the season, the 20-year-old continued: “I’ve been getting onto the gaffer [Dave Challinor] and Sweens [Antony Sweeney] asking them to put me into the box for free-kicks because I want to attack them.
“Ryan put a great ball in, I lost my man and jumped up and the rest is history – it’s a good feeling.”
