TEAMtalk reports that Luton Town have agreed a deal with Pools for the 20-year-old defender.

Kioso has arguably been one of the stand out players for Hartlepool so far this season and was on the scoresheet during Saturday’s 2-2 draw at Yeovil Town.

And with a number of Football League clubs keeping a close eye on the young right-back this season, it would seem as though it’s Luton who have fought off the stiff competition for the highly-rated full-back. A ‘six figure’ fee has reportedly been agreed between the clubs and Kioso is due for a medical at Kenilworth Road.

Dave Challinor will be hopeful of reinvesting any fees received back into the squad this month following the recent departure of Nicke Kabamba to Kilmarnock last week.
