The five booking cut-off in the National League is following the 23rd match of the campaign which in Pools’ case, takes place at the Proact Stadium on Tuesday evening (7:45pm kick-off).

Nicky Featherstone and Peter Kioso are the two Pools players who will face a one match suspension if they pick up a caution against the Spireites.

Both picked up yellow cards during Saturday’s draw at home to Boreham Wood as they played crucial roles in helping Pools snatch a draw.

Featherstone helped the home side get back into the game with a fine 20-yard drive moments before Kioso made a heroic block to prevent The Wood securing victory prior to Gime Toure’s late equaliser.

Should either player be shown a yellow card at Chesterfield then they would miss the following league match at Woking on December 7.
