16 photos capture the delight as first Hartlepool's Got Talent show proves a hit

The organisers were overwhelmed with entries as they launched the first ever Hartlepool’s Got Talent.

Auditions saw 87 acts put themselves forward for the show, with the eight chosen performers then picked to appear in a live show at The Borough Hall.

The organisers say the atmosphere at the show was “electric” with 10-year-old Imogen Burton hailed as the overall winner.
