A DANCE academy’s students are proof that there’s talent in abundance in Hartlepool.

These students are all dedicated followers of the Watson Academy of Dance in town.

This week they make up the latest dance school to host a visit by one of the Hartlepool Mail photographers.

But don’t worry if your dance school has not yet featured on our pages. There is plenty of time for you to be included.

To feature on these pages, all you have to do is give us a call on the number below and we will do the rest.

We will capture dozens of pictures of students on the day we pay you a visit. So to show off your school in the best possible light, make sure you have as many students as possible at the school when we call so that we can give you the best coverage possible.

There will be individual photographs of dancers and even a huge colour photograph of all your group for you to cut out and keep as a poster.

It is the best dance coverage in the North-East and all you need to do to feature in it is to get in touch.

Once we have taken all the photographs, we will publish them in a supplement each week.

And that’s not the only good news.

They will all be available to buy via www.northeastpress.newsprints

So why not get in touch? Ring the Hartlepool Mail’s head of features Chris Cordner on (01429) 239377 or send him an email to

And once your school has featured on our pages, remember to keep in touch afterwards.

We want to continue to hear of your good news, from your students winning trophies in top competitions, or new additions to your classes.

Tell us about anything that you think is worthy of inclusion.
