Caroline Brown has stayed close to home to capture scenes of Hartlepool which don’t often make the headlines.

Thanks to Caroline, we can share views of the Hartlepool coastline, of Seaton Carew and of the view towards Hartlepool’s power station.

Others show the Headland promenade, as well as another regular scene in the town – young seagulls braving the temperamental weather.

Our thanks go to Caroline for a wonderful selection of work and we hope it inspires other people to send in their own photographic efforts.

You could send us anything from local scenery to action shots, portraits to wildlife.
