Five fun festive events to take children to in the lead up Christmas
Christmas is said to be the most wonderful time of the year – so here are five festive activities for your children to do this December.
As a parent, it can be difficult to think how to entertain your children during the holiday season. While there is no snow to play in (yet) here are five festive activities to keep your little ones smiling.
Sunday, December 22, 5pm to 7pm
A two hours bounce, grip and grip socks event with drinks and snacks provided. Children can bounce and play while listening to their favourite Christmas songs.
Monday, December 23, 10.30am to 12.30pm
Make some Christmas Crafts in a ‘fun, creative session’.
Suitable for all ages but all children must be accompanied by an adult.
This is a free event but spaces are limited and booking essential.

This event at the farm began on Saturday and runs until Tuesday, December 24, 11am to 7pm
Experience Winter Wonderland at Tweddle Farm, meet Santa Claus, his elves and all his animal friends.
Each child will receive an early Christmas present from Santa.
The outdoor areas of the farm will be open from 10am to 4pm with no extra charge, while the indoor areas will be open until 7pm.
Prices are £9.95 per child (Includes present) and adult prices are £3.50.
Sunday, December 22, 9am to 11am
Have breakfast with Santa, play a welcome game, colour your own Christmas card and a present off Santa plus story time.
Breakfast includes cereal, decorate your own pancake and a choice of a bacon or sausage sandwich, and orange juice.
Tickets are £11 per child, and adults can also pre-order and sandwich for £2.50 when purchasing a child ticket.
