From beaches to museums, there are plenty of fun places to go to in Hartlepool, especially when the weather is nice. Plus best of all, most of them are free.
1. HMS Trincomalee

2. Heugh Battery Museum

3. Hartlepool Quay
Howard wrote on trip advisor: "For ship enthusiasts like myself this is quite an interesting spot. A few wind farm vessels and lots of sailing boats. Interesting area. 4. Summerhill Country Park and Outdoor Activities Centre
Set on the western edge of Hartlepool it is both a local nature reserve and an out-door activity centre. You can enjoy most of the facilities on-site free of charge with no need to pre-book. Photo: Pic: Trip Advisor
