Car goes down embankment off A19
A car has gone down an embankment off the A19 this morning.
It happened on the northbound side of the road near to the Sheraton turn-off at Hartlepool.
Police and fire officers have rushed to the scene to deal with the incident.
The incident has caused tailbacks on the busy road.
