Speeding, damaging TV stands and other Hartlepool court cases

James Keith Crammen, 23, of Borrowdale Street, Hartlepool, was fined £40 after admitting failing to comply with the terms of a suspended sentence earlier this year.

Roderick James McGregor, 45, of Mill Lane, Billingham, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 prosecution costs after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on May 4 and failing to surrender to custody on May 25.

Shane Lance Graveney Smith, 34, of Patterdale Street, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £112 compensation after he admitted causing £112 of criminal damage to a TV stand and other household items on May 10.

Christopher Cottingham, 20, of Glendale Avenue, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a £200 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £100 costs after admitting drug driving on August 15.

Andrew Hanratty, 39, of West Lane, Middlesbrough, received three penalty points on his licence and was ordered to pay a £200 fine and a £32 victim surcharge after he admitted speeding in a 20 miles per hour zone in Elwick on August 8, 2019.

Cameron James Hyde, 20, of Annandale Crescent, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay an £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drug driving on January 18.

Joshua Robert E Edward O’Beirne, 25, of Danby Road, Middlesbrough, was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £300 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting two counts of drug driving in Hartlepool on December 31
