Hartlepool United have unveiled their new home strip for the 2016-17 season.

While retaining royal blue as it’s majority colour, the shirt represents a significant change for Pools.

Last season, the jersey was blue with a white diagonal sash, but now Nike have returned to the more traditional blue and white stripes.

The new strip can be ordered on-line at the club’s website and will be on sale from the Victoria Park Club Shop on Wednesday, July 20, the day of the pre-season friendly against Sunderland.

Pools are likely to change their away kit too having adorned the popular luminous green strip on their travels last season.
