A road traffic collision has been causing disruption for motorists who have been asked to avoid the area if possible.
The incident took place at at 8:15am this morning at the junction between Grange Road and Mulgrave Road.
A statement from Cleveland Police said: “There was a two vehicle road traffic collision involving a Renault Captur and a VW Gold. No injuries have been reported.”
