A residential park near Hartlepool expands - bringing potential buyers from as far as Coventry
The site, in Easington Road, on the edge of Hartlepool, has recently expanded with further 20 “luxury lodges” made available for sale.
Homes at the park are detached and built on one level, meaning there are no stairs to climb, and each property has a private parking space.

Hide AdPark manager Dave Hughes has said following the Covid-19 pandemic interest in the complex has increased as elderly people look for accessible housing where they can be part of a community while living near their families.
Mr Hughes said: “We are creating a new opportunity for more elderly people to come and join us.
"We get a lot of people that can’t take stairs any more because they’re elderly, so they need everything on one level.
He continued: "Here, they are part of the community. Everyone helped each other.
"I think that made people very comfortable.”

Mt Hughes said the recent expansion has attracted prospective owners from as far as Coventry and North Yorkshire.
He explained: “In the past five weeks, I sold three new properties. There’s been a lot of interest. Of course, people are only just starting to be able to view.
“I got people coming all the way from Coventry and Yorkshire. We get people from all over the place.

“For example, the couple from Coventry are coming up here because their family live up here.
"Again, lockdown has made people realise how important it is to be able to see their family.
Mr Hughes continued: “We created an opportunity for people to come and move closer to their families.

Mr Hughes added: "We got sea views, Crimdon beach is just a two-minute drive away. The location is fabulous.”
