A number of Hartlepool restaurants have been running delivery and collection services until they can reopen from Saturday, July 4.
It remains to be seen how restaurants will adapt to keep customers safe and prevent the virus spreading but eating out is expected to be a different experience for the foreseeable future.
As we await their reopening here are 12 Hartlepool restaurants we are looking forward to paying a visit to again.
