Hartlepool new homes development is a sell out
Taylor Wimpey North East says it overcame problems caused by coronavirus by a combination of virtual appointments and socially-distanced viewings to enable house hunters to reserve the final available homes at Tunstall Farm, off Valley Drive in West Park.
All homes on the development have now been sold.
Sarah Northcott, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North East, said: “Thanks to its ideal location, Tunstall Farm has been a big success ever since it launched and we’re happy to have now added the final residents to the community.

Customers were able to watch presentations and virtual house tours from their own home while sales representatives were also on hand via phone and email to help.
More recently, socially-distanced show home viewings were made available on an appointment basis.
The developer has also provided support to local organisations.
