Hide AdCarl Everett said he was: “Very sad that a dedicated seafood restaurant can’t survive in a seaside and harbour/fishing town having amazing produce on our doorstep. Says a lot when there are queues for Burger King and a packed Nando’s when they opened last week.”
Dean Robson was also a fan, saying: “I've been in twice. Shame it’s closing as the food was very nice.”
Catherine Foster said: “A bit sad to hear this. Fab food and fab staff.”
Scott Phillips said: “Class food and will be missed, same as Red Grill Bar, lack of support.”

Hide AdJackie Greathead thinks the problem was with getting there, saying: “How are people supposed to get there if they don't drive? There's no public transport to Seaton after tea-time.”
James French said: “If I’d have known it was there I would definitely have gone. I love seafood.”
Downstairs from Blu Lobster the Fish Face fish and chip shop, which has the same owners, continues to trade.
The owners added: “Any Blu Lobster vouchers can be refunded, or used in Fish Face.”
