Outdoor hospitality, personal care and non-essential shops will welcome back customers on Monday (April 12) as the country takes one more step towards the return of normality in the next stage of lifting lockdown.

Over the past year, England has been through three national lockdowns as well as a range of restrictions under the tier system, forcing some businesses in the region to stay shut for months at a time or offer takeaway and delivery services only.

As beer gardens, hair salons and certain shops get ready to open for the first time this year in line with stage two of the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown, we asked you which Hartlepool businesses you can’t wait to visit.
