Top customer service award for Hartlepool car dealership
A car dealership in Hartlepool is celebrating a five-star rating for customer service.
Staff at Drive Hartlepool in Burn Road, have been recognised with a Customer Excellence Gold Award for 2021 – the fifth year in a row that they have taken the top honour.
The recognition, in the Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards, are calculated through purchase satisfaction and service satisfaction scores from customers.
Rob Keenan, Drive Motor Retail’s joint managing director, said: “Customer excellence is an area we’re extremely proud of at Drive.
“We have a number of processes in place to ensure high standards of customer care and our never beaten on price philosophy, but ultimately, it comes down to our people.
"The longevity and consistency of our staff speaks volumes. They are a happy team and this translates into happy customers.”
