Ste said: “The world has gone mad, people are panic buying and so focused on themselves that they don’t think about those who can’t even leave their houses and the people who don’t have family to go out and shop for them.
“The Government could lock stuff down and it could drive people into panic mode and those less fortunate may not have loved ones to help them out.”
A drop-in event was organised and on Saturday, March 14 at Fight Fit Gym, on Darlington Street. Ready-made packages were handed out to members of the community.

Ste added: “Not many people know about us yet, so what we need is for more people to come forward with donations so we can help as many people as possible.”
