Coronavirus: Hartlepool community pays tribute as patient dies at NHS Trust

One death was confirmed at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust on Sunday, March 29 as the latest COVID-19 figures were released by Public Health England and the NHS.

The data also showed that there are now 11 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Hartlepool – though the town continues to have the lowest number of patients with the illness in the North East.

As tragic news of the patient’s death was confirmed, the Hartlepool community united to pay tribute to the person who has lost their life and send well-wishes to their family.
