Hartlepool families shout out the people keeping them going during the coronavirus pandemic

Over the last week, communities across the UK have united in their ultimate goal of helping the elderly, vulnerable and in-need where they live.

And in Hartlepool, we asked you to let us know about the people in your homes, or in your lives, who are making life in lockdown a happier and more manageable thing.

Sue Langley Robson: To all my work family from Lidl Jesmond Road and Teesbay, they’re putting so much effort in to keep everyone supplied with essentials, working long hours and putting their safety at risk. They are getting abused and disrespected while trying to do their job.”
