The latest figures show six out of 12 areas saw a drop in infections in the latest seven-day period, during the run up to Easter.
A further four areas stayed the same compared to the week before.
Now with shielding coming to an end and the stay at home message dropped, we reveal which neighbourhoods have seen the biggest drop in case rates per 100,000 people between 26 March and 2 April.
The case rate takes into account the number of people living in each area compared to the number of people who have tested positive for the virus and are measured by 100,000 people.
