How this Hartlepool dance school is raising spirits during the coronavirus lockdown

Dance schools across the country may have had to close their doors as tough Government restrictions come into place, but nothing is stopping Val Armstrong students and teachers alike from continuing to perform.

Hide AdAnd Val Armstrong School of Performing Arts has joined others in spreading a bit of cheer during these unsettling times, all the while keeping themselves moving.
The school, based on Whitby Street South in the town, managed to get staff and students to record themselves dancing in their homes to create a fun video that shows the school pulling together despite being in isolation.
“Staff are trying their upmost to offer online classes to keep our students occupied, fit and healthy.
