Hot Bank Holiday weekends are few and far between, but instead of flocking to the town’s parks and beaches to make the most of the good weather, many people seemed to be heeding the Government advice and remaining indoors.
Health Secretary Matt Hancock urged the public to stay at home over the Easter weekend and maintain social distancing measures, despite the nice weather.
And with lockdown measures looking set to continue for the foreseeable future, remarkably quiet scenes captured on Saturday, April 11, look set to become commonplace, as the UK unites to combat the coronavirus.
