The areas in and around Hartlepool with the most confirmed Covid-19 cases as town enters tier two

Public Health England figures show the areas in and around Hartlepool where the highest number of people have tested positive for Covid-19.

The latest figures come as the town is set to be placed into tier two – high alert level – after the Government unveiled a new three-tier system. These are the areas in and around Hartlepool with the most new cases of coronavirus recorded between Friday, October 2 and Thursday, October 8, according to official data. The figures are based on tests carried out in laboratories (pillar one of the Government’s testing programme) and in the wider community (pillar two). Pictures are for illustrative purposes only.
