We’re living through a time of crisis that few of us would ever have expected to see.
We are celebrating our key worker heroes, and we’ve asked you to highlight the brave individuals and teams you know who are working on the frontline.

2. Deborah Pinchen, cardiac investigation unit

3. Lisa Pounder, healthcare assistant
Nicola Measor says of her cousin: "Lisa is a healthcare assistant working long hours at Brierton Lodge care home. Lisa’s mam is poorly waiting for a kidney transplant and has been in and out of hospital for a few month resulting in a longer stay this time. Until the visiting stopped at James Coon Lisa spent every day she could there and still takes fresh PJs and things up on her days off. She has also been making sure her family has the things they need on her day off especially her brother who is waiting for a heart transplant and in isolation alone with their mam being in hospital. 4. Harry Wood, provides hydraulic assistance
