The people who keep our National Health Service – and our country – running really cannot be praised enough.
We’re living through a time of crisis that few of us would ever have expected to see.
We are celebrating our key worker heroes, and we’ve asked you to highlight the brave individuals and teams you know who are working on the frontline.

Sophie Spence says: "This is my hero my mam Lisa Spence, she’s a dispenser at Healthways pharmacy and last week she was rushed to hospital with suspected covid due to high temperature and difficulties breathing. Luckily it was just a bad viral infection and she got the all clear but she is still really poorly, but all she cares about is getting back to work to make sure everyone gets their meds on time me and my 1 year old daughter are missing her so much but we are so proud of her" Photo: Submitted
