Hartlepool Easter opening hours for Asda, Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Middleton Grange

Shopping bosses have released details of store and supermarket opening hours over Easter as the coronavirus lockdown continues.

Easter falls this weekend – Friday, April 10 to Monday, April 13 – though most of our routines have been affected by the restrictions on movement.

Hartlepool’s major supermarkets will all be closed on Easter Sunday.

Middleton Grange shopping centre where a handful of shops for essential food, medicine and other services has announced amended hours for the weekend.

The centre itself will be open from 9am-5pm on Good Friday, 9am-5.30pm on Easter Saturday, closed on Easter Sunday and 10am-4pm on Easter Monday.

Its Market Hall will be closed all weekend apart from 8.30am-5pm on Saturday.

Shops and businesses that remain open in the shopping centre are Iceland, Herons, Home Bargains, Halifax, Healthways, Poundland, Boots Pharmacy, Holland & Barratt, Specsavers, Wilko, Supernews, WH Smith, Savers, and Cooplands.Market stalls open are S&L News, Fords Fruit and Veg, Ryans Fruit and Veg, and Sandwich Express.Car parking at the centre will be free from Thursday, April 9, for the foreseeable future.

Asda on Marina Way, Tesco Extra on Burn Road, Morrisons in Clarence Road and Sainsbury’s at Middle Warren are all closed on Easter Sunday.

Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s Easter opening hours are Good Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, and Easter Monday 8am-8pm.

The Tesco Extra store is open 8am-8pm on Good Friday, 8am-10pm on Easter Saturday and 8am-6pm on Easter Monday.
