Maiden, 33, of Bowline House, Hartlepool Marina, was jailed for eight years after he was convicted by a jury of rape.
Atkinson, 40, of Uppingham Street, Hartlepool, was jailed for a year after admitting burgling his sister's house and stealing 1,000 of electrical goods between April 21-25 last year.
Swinney, 21, formerly of Hartlepool and more recently of Westmorland Road, Newcastle, was jailed for three years after admitting sexual activity with a child.

Marshall, 33, of Howard Walk, Billingham, was jailed for four-and-a-half years after admitting committing grievous bodily harm in Stockton on September 2 last year.
Fusco, 25, of Rydal Crescent, Peterlee, was jailed for 25 months after admitting unlawful wounding, common assault, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and assaulting a police officer.
Kettlewell, 30, of Oval Grange, Hartlepool, was jailed for life after he was convicted of murdering former partner Kelly Franklin on August 3 last year.
Wass, 29, of Kipling Road, Hartlepool, was jailed for eight years after she was convicted of committing the manslaughter of Kelly Franklin on August 3 last year.
Jacobs, 57, formerly of Shotton Colliery and more recently of Gateshead, was jailed for 26 years after admitting three serious sexual offences and three counts of making and distributing indecent images of children.
Johnson, 29, of Dene Crescent, Shotton Colliery, was jailed for seven years after he was convicted of conspiracy to supply class A drugs in 2015.
Nguyen, 18, of no fixed address, was locked up for two years after he admitted producing a class B drug at a house in St Paul's Road, Hartlepool, on July 26 last year.
