Armed police swoop on suspect believed to be carrying weapon in Hartlepool car park
This is the moment armed police arrested a man on suspicion of carrying a weapon.
Cleveland Police said officers were called to Middleton Grange multi-storey car park in Stockton Road at 3pm yesterday.
A force spokesman said a 34-year-old man was arrested in the car park at the rear of the shopping centre.
He added: "No weapon was recovered and enquiries are ongoing."
