Busy Hartlepool junction shuts for three weeks
A busy junction in Hartlepool has been closed for road reconstruction works to be carried out and new traffic signals installed.
The work by Hartlepool Borough Council will see the junction of Park Road and Elwick Road closed for three weeks.
It has apologised to motorists for any disruption they encounter as a result of the work.

Hide AdDuring the works, traffic will be diverted via Elwick Road, Eldon Grove, Linden Grove and Grange Road.
The council said: “We would like to apologise for any traffic disruption and inconvenience this may cause.”
