The charity, which looks after people with terminal illnesses, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Hartlepool Fundraising Group and make a difference.

The meeting will be held at the Best Western Grand Hotel, Swainson Street, on Wednesday, January 27, at 6.30pm,

Community fundraiser Lisa Wild said: “Joining the Hartlepool Fundraising Group is a wonderful way to play an important role in the work of a national charity at a local level, make new friendships and engage with your community.
