Trevor Carson: Had as many touches as anyone but mostly with his feet as he cleared back passes up field. Great second half save from Hope but no chance wth goal. 6

Carl Magnay: Got forward a lot and was unhappy to be hacked down in similar spot to where he was fouled on Saturday. No decision this time. 6

Matthew Bates: His customary 90 minutes of excellence. 6

Adam Jackson: See above. Unlucky with Carlisle goal. 6

Jake Carroll: Untroubled night down the left for the Player of the month contender. 6

Nicky Featherstone: Imperious, as ever, in the centre of the park, his efforts deserved better. 8

Lewis Hawkins: No shortage of endeavour in the middle. Long-range shot went just over. 6

Jake Gray: Like Hawkins, his midfield partner always looked to get on the ball and get side going forward, but subbed. 6

Luke James: Desperately close to breaking his duck after 43 seconds but shot just wide. Lots of running but no end product. 6

Billy Paynter: No goal against his former club this time, was denied by Gillesie in first half, early departure in second period. 6

Rhys Oates: Plenty of energy down the left side of a ‘front three’ but crossing poor. One great defensive clearance before break. 6

SUBS
