Alzheimer's Society staff promote its national Cupcake Day, being held on Thursday, June 16.

The charity is calling on everyone to join in celebrating its first ever Cupcake Day on Thursday, June 16, in association with woman&home.

There are 3,399 people living with dementia in the Hartlepool and Stockton area.

In a bid to support these people, the charity surveyed 2,000 people to find out what their ultimate dream cupcake would be – choosing their flavour in three categories: cake, filling and topping.
