Concert days

I remember it well.

I was a member, along with my husband, Harold, who was the treasurer for years.

We gave concerts. Christmas, The Messiah, Easter, The Crucifixion or Olivet to Calvary.

They were held in the Town Hall and we always sang to a full house.

I have the autographs of Kathleen Ferrier, Isobel Baillie and many more on the books we sang from.
