Assaulting police, damaging mirrors and other recent Hartlepool court cases

The following cases from the Hartlepool area were dealt with recently at Teesside Magistrates’ Court:

Charlotte Hawkins, 30, of Raby Road, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 28 days and ordered to pay an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after admitting driving without insurance on May 11 last year.

Kevin Clark, 40, of Bodmin Grove, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay an £162 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £630 costs after admitting drug driving on June 27.

Edwin Robert Craggs, 63, of Musgrave Walk, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £300 compensation, an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting causing criminal damage to a car and assaulting a police officer on April 20.

Mark Graves, 30, of Thornton Street, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay a £533 fine, £53 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on April 20.

Karen Little, 51, of Oaksham Drive, Billingham, was banned from driving for 28 months and ordered to pay an £80 fine, £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on March 25.

Anthony Wass, 34, of Ridlington Way, Hartlepool, was fined £200 after he admitted one count of failing to comply with a community order on December 8 and 15.

Jason Thomas Webb, 23, of Kirkstone Court, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £150 compensation, an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £40 costs after admitting criminally damaging two mirrors and a plate on January 4.
