The raid was part of Operation Phoenix, a Cleveland Police campaign working to improve public service, prioritise vulnerability, tackle serious violence and prevent crime.

No arrests have been made in connection with Rugby Street at this time but police say inquiries are continuing.

The electricity supply in the property was found to be hazardous and has been made safe.

The team also targeted a second address in the town, a search which was negative, but inquiries around that property will also continue.
