Gerald Appleyard, 54, of Holdforth Court, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay a £200 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs after it was proved in his absence that he was in charge of a motor vehicle while over the legal alcohol limit on August 30.
Brian Morton, 73, of Close Farm, Wolviston, received three penalty points on his driving licence and was ordered to pay an £153 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he was convicted of speeding on September 24.

Hide AdBrendan Dennis Holland, 33, of Chandlers Close, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 36 months, ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he admitted drug driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on December 23.
Phillip Keenan, 42, of Rugby Street, Hartlepool, was fined £40 after he admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following his release from prison.
Bradley Nelson, 26, of Butterstone Avenue, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 30 months, ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on May 21.
Adrian Shane Golden, 38, of Grange Road, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £29 compensation and £300 costs after admitting thefts on March 26 and May 31 and two counts of vehicle interference on March 30.
