Dad and daughter admit assaulting man outside Hartlepool Catholic Club

A dad and daughter have admitted assaulting a man in the street outside a club.

Terence and Kelly Bradley were caught on CCTV during the attack outside the Hartlepool Catholic Club in Marlow Road, Hartlepool.

Bradley, 60, of Bacon Walk, Hartlepool, and his daughter Kelly, 42, of Diamond Road, Hartlepool, pleaded guilty to actual bodily harm assault on July 14

Prosecutor Emma Atkinson told Teesside Crown Court that a second man had pleaded not guilty and he was awaiting trial.

Miss Atkinson told Deputy Circuit Judge James Spencer QC: “The Prosecution have yet to receive the basis of plea from the second man.”

The case was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
