Drugs seized and man arrested after police raid on Hartlepool house

A raid resulted in the arrest of a man and the seizure of a host of drugs earlier today.

Members of Hartlepool Community Safety Team and the town’s neighbourhood policing team carried out the search of a house in Joicey Court, off Young Street, today, Friday, December 4.

A quantity of drugs believed to be Class B and Class C substances were recovered and a man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and is helping officers as inquiries continue.
