Hartlepool man arrested after police officers follow speeding car
and live on Freeview channel 276
The man was arrested by officers on suspicion of multiple offences, a statement from Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team said on Monday, October 19.
They were; failing to stop for police, dangerous driving, taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving with no insurance and driving with no licence.

Hide AdAccording to the police statement, a blue Peugeot was seen on Lowthian Road, Hartlepool, on Thursday October, 15 just before 4pm.
The car was followed to Milton Road. Officers then followed a man on foot to the Grange Road area of the town, where he was arrested.
The statement added: “A search of the vehicle revealed suspected cannabis in the car and the man was further arrested on suspicion of drug driving and on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
“The vehicle was seized and the man has been interviewed and released under investigation while inquiries continue.”
