Hartlepool lost the game 1-0 in a game that was tarnished by two separate allegations of racism and xenophobia from two visiting players.

Hartlepool United has launched an investigation into the allegations and has appealed for any fans with information to come forward.

The club previously issued an appeal to all fans to stay off the pitch after a 20-year-old and 60-year-old man were dealt with by the courts for the offence at games against Exeter and Dover earlier this season.
