Hartlepool's anti-social behaviour hot spots as complaints rocket since the pandemic

Anti-social behaviour complaints across Hartlepool have rocketed since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.

The 809 incidents logged by the Home Office in April 2020 accounted for more than half of the 1,588 reported crimes in the town. The streets where most instances are said to have taken place are listed below:
