Indecent exposure, stealing cheese and other recent Hartlepool court cases

The following cases from the Hartlepool area were dealt with recently at Teesside Magistrates’ Court:

Victoria Wilson, 41, of Spurn Walk, Hartlepool, was placed on a community order and ordered to pay £28 compensation after she admitted stealing £28 of cheese from Iceland on February 21.

Graeme Malcolm Lindoe, 46, of Cornwall Street, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after he admitted committing indecent exposure on September 5.

Jordan Mark Feeney, 26, of Parish Row, Greatham, received a six-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he admitted stealing £57 of candles from Tesco on March 3.

Gemma Louise Payne, 37, of Leeholme Gardens, Billingham, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on March 9.

Ryan Dobie, 24, of Dalkeith Road, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge after admitting committing criminal damage between June 21-26 last year and failing to surrender to custody on January 8.

David Christopher Smith, 45, of Lowthian Road, Hartlepool, was placed on a community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation after admitting attempted burglary on March 2 and failing to surrender to custody on April 6.

Kevin Willis, 35, of Innes Road, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £30 compensation after admitting stealing a strimmer on November 17.
