Julie Richards said: “I know lots of good respectable people who live at Jutland Road and surrounding areas it’s no different than any other areas in Hartlepool.”
Joanne Allen said: “It’s everywhere you go now. There is no discipline of the authorities so people are not bothered about being caught. Police must get frustrated when catching them then courts hand out daft sentences.”
Paul Andrew Whitlock said: “If the police continue to be cut/be ineffective, people are going to start taking matters into their own hands. And I personally don't want to see a rise in vigilantes in this town or other places.”
