Man arrested as police seize cannabis from Hartlepool property
A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drug offences after around 80 suspected cannabis plants were seized from a Hartlepool address.

The man is being kept in police custody after Hartlepool Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a drugs warrant at a property on Collingwood Road.
The address was raided on Thursday, September 17, as part of Operation Phoenix, Cleveland Police’s summer-long operation which aims to improve public service, help vulnerable people, tackle serious violence and prevent crime.
Investigations are continuing.
