Pictures show scale of cannabis farm discovered in Hartlepool house

Hartlepool Community Safety Team discovered a cannabis farm in Powell Street, Hartlepool, after concerns were raised by the community.

Officers found the electricity supply had been bypassed and posed a danger to neighbouring properties during the raid on Tuesday, January 26.

One man is currently helping police with their inquiries, the community safety team has confirmed.

Pictures taken by officers at the scene show the scale of the cannabis farm in the Hartlepool home.

PC Tim Parkinson, of Cleveland Police, said: "We will always act on the concerns raised by our communities and take action to elevate their concerns and fears, I urge anyone with any information to contact us."
