Cleveland Police officers attended Windsor Street in the town at around 7pm on Tuesday, September 8, after receiving a report of concern for a man.

A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: “We were called to a report of the concern of the welfare of a man on Windsor Street in Hartlepool at around 7pm yesterday.

“Officers attended and everything was dealt with.”
