New information in search for Hartlepool man missing for nearly a week

The CCTV images show an unknown man with a bike getting on the Middlesbrough train at 8.28am on Tuesday.

Despite inquiries and liaison with Gabriel’s family, detectives have not been able to confirm - or discount - that the man pictured is actually him.

Now they are asking anyone who can provide information on the mystery man’s identity to get in touch.

"We would ask the person pictured to come forward, so if it’s not Gabriel, we can discount the photos from our inquiries,” said a Cleveland Police statement.

“If you are the person in the images or if you have any information which could help our inquiries, please call Cleveland Police on 101, ref 079458."

Gabriel is described as a black male, of medium build, and around 5ft 6inches tall, with black hair which was braided on top and shaved at the sides.
