Police launch burglary investigation after a bike and car were stolen from a Hartlepool home

Cleveland Police have appealed to members of the public for help after a car and mountain bike were stolen from a Hartlepool home.

Officers were alerted to the incident, which took place on Holdforth Road, at around 6.45am on Thursday, April 22.

Police are asking members of the public to come forward if they have any information relating to the incident.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: “A silver Seat Leon, registration KR11 MJF, and a silver Fuji mountain bike (pictured here) were reported stolen from a home in Holdforth Road at around 6.45am on April 22.

“Hartlepool CID have asked anyone with information on the car and bike - or who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area - to contact them on 101, reference 063454.
